The first Declaration (3/24/1871) discusses property damage and assault towards P, the second Declaration (3/23/1872) discusses a deal made by P and D to property in Block 113 in Noyes addition to Mattoon. Also included in the file is: 1) an Appeal Bond (3/27/1871) filed by the D for $100, 2) an Agreement (4/10/1871) in which P drops all charges, and 3) a Jury Verdict (4/17/1872) finding for P for $1350.
