D owes the city of Charleston $92,000 dollars in bonds--payable to the first National Bank of Charleston, IL. D was the Circuit Clerk and the town had voted to buy stock in this RR. Co. and D only bought 8,000 shares and not the 100,000 share that he was told to buy.
