Memo: Philip Garver (deceased) was employed by the Terre Haute Brewing Co. He died in state, and P brought this suit. Philip Garver's name appeared on an affiants bond and on a settlment with the company. One of these two documents led P to seek out D for $600.00 worth of beer bottles and cases which belonged to the Brewing Co, and Philip Garver was responsible for the transaction.
